The goal of our organization is to make it as easy and stress free for investors of all levels and experience to acquire, renovate, and stabilize as a long term investment hold. We are currently focused in the Berks County, PA area, with plans to expand to new markets in the near future.
Through trial and error and learning what investors fears and struggles are, we have designed a system to ensure that anyone can be successful as a real estate investor. As a new client, you will have a meeting with our high level staff to lay out your goals and your ideas of how to achieve them. We will walk through the process hand in hand to get everything you need to be successfully set up and prepared to start your journey in REI.
Our in-house acquisitions team is constantly working diligently to bring off-market deals to the table for our circle of investors. We carefully curate purchase opportunities to ensure that anything we present is worth buying and would make a good addition to someone’s portfolio. We filter out the bad to eliminate the guesswork of evaluating a property.
Well before closing the property, we will collaborate with you on the plan of action to get the property to the end goal of a great cash-flowing rental.
Simple Property Management has over 20 full-time contractors working full time on performing renovations and turnovers to vacant properties to get them rent-ready. We typically bring 10-12 rental units to the market per month.
